【簡(jiǎn)介】
摘要:從等離子體熱處理、熱噴涂法、氣相沉積、熔鹽浸鍍法等方面介紹了增強(qiáng)模具可靠性的表面強(qiáng)化技術(shù)及其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。指出正確運(yùn)用表面強(qiáng)化技術(shù)可以增強(qiáng)模具使用的可靠性,提高模具的使用壽命和陛能。

Abstract:The surface enhancing techniques for improving reliability of mold,such as thermal plasma treatment,hot spray process,vapor deposition and molten salt dipping plating were introduced,and their advantages and disadvantages were reviewed.It is pointed out that by correctly using surface enhancing technique,the reliability, service life and performance of the mold may be improved.

1 前言
隨著現(xiàn)代工業(yè)和尖端科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,人們對(duì)模具的可靠性、壽命和性能的要求越來(lái)越高,因?yàn)樗鼈冎苯記Q定與其相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、成本及使用壽命。通常模具的工況比較惡劣,而磨損、疲勞裂紋、穩(wěn)定性又會(huì)導(dǎo)致模具可靠性下降,甚至失效[1-2]。為了提高模具的可靠性、性能及壽命,工業(yè)上除了采用常規(guī)的熱處理技術(shù)外,各種表面強(qiáng)化技術(shù)也日趨成熟并獲廣泛應(yīng)用。表面強(qiáng)化技術(shù)是通過(guò)改變模具表面成分、組織及鍍層來(lái)提高模具的硬度、耐磨性、耐熱性、疲勞強(qiáng)度等機(jī)械性能,從而顯著提高模具的可靠性[3~。等離子體熱處理、噴涂法、氣相沉積、熔鹽浸鍍法等均屬模具表面強(qiáng)化技術(shù)范疇,其最大的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是對(duì)環(huán)境無(wú)污染和節(jié)能,故己廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)實(shí)踐[7-9]。
