摘要：以飽和聚酯樹(shù)脂A和苯代三聚氰胺甲醛樹(shù)脂為主要成膜物制備了汽車(chē)中涂漆。討論了氨基樹(shù)脂、聚酯樹(shù)脂、填料、助劑和有機(jī)溶劑等對(duì)涂料性能的影響。結(jié)果表明，當(dāng)聊(飽和聚酯樹(shù)脂A)：m(苯代三聚氰胺甲醛樹(shù)脂)=36：18，W(羥基聚酯樹(shù)脂B)=3‰m(碳酸鈣)：m(滑石粉)=5：5，w(附著力促進(jìn)劑)=1％，采用丙烯酸類(lèi)流平劑，選擇適宜的有機(jī)溶劑時(shí)，得到了與底、面漆涂層配套性及綜合性能良好的汽車(chē)中涂漆。

Preparation of high·-performance polyester--amino automotive intermediate paint／／SHEN Qiu—wang*，LIU Zhong，ZHOU Rong—hua，CUI Yue—song
Abstract：A polyester．amino automotive intermediate paint was prepared by using saturated polyester resin A and benzene．substituted melamine formaldehyde resin as main film—forming materials．The effects of amino resin，polyester resin，fillers，additives and organic solvents on the properties ofpaint were studied．The experimental results indicated that the polyester—amino automotive intermediate paint prepared with 3％hydroxyl polyester resin B and l％adhesion． promoting agent by using acrylic leveling agent and a proper organic solvent at a mass ratio of saturated polyester resin A to benzene—substituted melamine formaldehyde resin 36：1 8 and a mass ratio of calcium carbonate to talcum powder 5：5 shows good comprehensive performance and matches well with primer and topcoat layers．

1 前言
汽車(chē)中涂漆是介于底漆與面漆之間所用的涂料，它主要具有以下特性：
(1)與底、面漆涂層配套性好，涂層間的結(jié)合力強(qiáng)，硬度配套適中，不被面漆的溶劑咬起。
