【簡介】
摘要:開發(fā)了ZH一01水性雙組分氟碳樹脂及雙組分水性氟碳涂料。研究了交聯(lián)劑己二酸二酰肼(ADH)的用量對乳液凝膠率和涂膜硬度的影響,確定m(氟乳液)/m(ADH)=100:0.8。比較了ZH-01氟乳液及其相應涂料涂膜與其他市售乳液及其涂料涂膜的性能。結果表明,ZH-01氟乳液具有優(yōu)良的性能,所得氟涂料涂膜比其他乳液涂料涂膜具有更好的綜合特性,在抗紫外老化方面尤為突出。

Abstract:WaterboFne double-component fluorocarbon resin ZH-01and double-component waterborne fluoro.carbon coating materials were developed.The effect of the dosage of curing agent ADH(adipic dihydrazide)on gelling rate of emulsion and coating hardness was studied.A mass ratio of fluorine.containing emulsion to ADH was determined as l 00:0.8.The performances were compared between ZH-01 fluorine.containing emulsion and the coating thereof and other emulsions available on the market and their coatings.The results showed that the ZH-01 fluorine. containing emulsion has excellent properties and the fluorocarbon coating has beRer comprehensive performances than other coatings,especially in respect of the anti- ultraviolet aging.

1 前言
氟碳涂料在實際運用中主要作為長壽命裝飾和抗惡劣環(huán)境的涂層。目前,國內氟碳涂料主要以有機溶劑為分散介質,生產、使用過程中會產生大量的有機物氣體。隨著國家環(huán)保要求的日益嚴格,水性氟碳樹脂和水性氟碳涂料的研發(fā)及推廣日趨活躍。筆者所在公司秉承40年氟產品研發(fā)、生產經驗,特別是近年來在水性氟碳樹脂方面同國外的技術合作,使得水性氟碳樹脂的制備技術日趨成熟,開發(fā)了具有環(huán)保和長期耐候性的ZH一01水性氟碳樹脂,成為國內大型氟碳樹脂生產廠家之一。
