摘要：介紹了一種在同一金屬零件上局部鍍黑鎳?yán)z、局部鍍真金的雙色電鍍工藝。其工藝流程包括底色電鍍、上隔色漆、鐳射圖案、二次電鍍、退隔色漆和噴保護(hù)膜。指出操作過(guò)程中應(yīng)注意各工序間的間隔時(shí)間不宜過(guò)長(zhǎng)、防止工件劃傷等注意事項(xiàng)。該工藝無(wú)鍍種限制，能在產(chǎn)品的側(cè)面和圓弧面上做出特殊的雙色效果，鍍層附著力好，美觀。

Novel two-color plating process／／ZHENG Chong．tong
Abstract：A two—color plating process featuring partial black brushed nickel plating and partial gold plating on the same metallic component was introduced．The process flow includes electroplating background color，coating barrier paint，laser engraving pattern，secondary electroplating， removing barrier paint and spraying protective coating． Some points for attention were given，such as shortening the interval between steps and preventing workpiece scratching． The process has the features of special two—color effect on the side and arc surface of the products，good coating adhesion and good appearance without plating type resWiction．

1 前言
隨著人們生活水平的提高及審美觀的提升，單一鍍種顏色已不能滿足人們的需要，雙色及多色電鍍應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。它不僅外觀美觀且形式多樣，已在不少裝飾品上采用。
傳統(tǒng)雙色或多色電鍍層是在基礎(chǔ)鍍層的最后鎳層上鍍第二、三色的鍍層，常用的是金、仿金、槍黑等帶色鍍層，第三色可以在第二層上再作絕緣處理。本文介紹的是一種不同于傳統(tǒng)方法的新型雙色電鍍方法，可以做不同鍍種的雙色。
