摘要:分析了ABS塑料在電鍍銅/鎳/鉻時(shí)鍍層出現(xiàn)起泡及終合力測(cè)試時(shí)鍍層脫落的主要原因,包括塑件基體狀態(tài)不良,注塑成型參數(shù)欠佳,電鍍前處理不當(dāng),相鄰鍍層表面活性差等。給出了提高ABS塑件鍍層結(jié)合力的措施,如選擇優(yōu)質(zhì)的電鍍鲴 ABS塑料,控制成型工藝參數(shù),改善前處理粗化及電鍍工序中的活化處理等。強(qiáng)調(diào)了采用正確的結(jié)合力測(cè)試方法的重要性。

Causes for poor adhesion strength of electroplated coating to ABS plastic and their controls//WU Shui—gou
Abstract:The main reasons for blistering of deposit durinl electroplating of Cu/Ni/Cr on ABS plastic and for fallin9—off of deposit in adhesion strength testing were analyzed. including unsatisfactory state of plastic substrate,unfavorabk injection molding parameters,improper pretreatment fol electroplating and insufficient surface activity of adjacenl deposits.Some measures for improving the adhesion strength of electroplated coating to ABS plastic were presented,such as selecting high—quality electroplating-grade ABS plastics,controlling molding process parameters,and improving the roughening process in pretreatment as well as the activating process in electroplatin9.The impogance oi using correct method for testing adhesion strength was emphasized.

1 前言
ABS塑料電鍍由簡(jiǎn)單的裝飾用品已發(fā)展到高要求的電子、衛(wèi)浴、汽車(chē)配件等工業(yè)領(lǐng)域。隨著市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),ABS塑料電鍍件的質(zhì)量要求越來(lái)越高,尤其是物性測(cè)試中的鍍層結(jié)合力。因此,更多的ABS塑料電鍍廠家為保證塑件與電鍍層之間的結(jié)合力而采用自動(dòng)電鍍生產(chǎn)線作業(yè)。由于ABS塑料工件品種多,注塑廠商為了降低成本,有時(shí)會(huì)選用品質(zhì)較差的ABS塑料定型或采用不穩(wěn)定的定型工藝注塑,而電鍍工藝又難以改變塑材因素對(duì)塑料鍍層結(jié)合力的影響,這一問(wèn)題經(jīng)常給ABS塑料電鍍一線操作人員帶來(lái)困擾,也給鍍層表面質(zhì)量管理增添很多麻煩,直接影響用戶對(duì)產(chǎn)品的滿意程度,使企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理及生產(chǎn)成本增加。筆者根據(jù)多年從事ABS塑料電鍍生產(chǎn)的實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn),針對(duì)鍍層與塑件間結(jié)合力差的缺陷進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單分析,從選擇塑料、控制成型參數(shù)、加強(qiáng)電鍍工藝管理等方面出發(fā),提出一些應(yīng)對(duì)措施。
