調(diào)壓閥工作原理:

調(diào)壓閥的原理是利用了彈簧力與壓力相平衡的原理，當(dāng)彈簧的壓力小于氣壓的時(shí)候閥關(guān)閉，當(dāng)壓力大于彈簧的彈力時(shí)候橡膠調(diào)壓膜片下方的壓縮空氣對(duì)膜片的作用力，推動(dòng)膜片向上拱曲離開閥座而使空氣流入氣腔，此時(shí)卸荷活塞在氣壓作用下移動(dòng)，將排放閥門推離閥座，于是由空氣壓縮機(jī)充入氣腔的空氣便通過排放閥和排氣口排入大氣空氣壓縮機(jī)空轉(zhuǎn)。
