● 對(duì)所售產(chǎn)品施行質(zhì)量跟蹤,定期回訪聽(tīng)取客戶意見(jiàn); ● 對(duì)有質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的產(chǎn)品無(wú)條件包換; ● 對(duì)客戶要求的產(chǎn)品,按數(shù)量、品種及時(shí)供應(yīng); ● 對(duì)所售產(chǎn)品提供準(zhǔn)確的產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書及技術(shù)參數(shù); ● 對(duì)客戶所提意見(jiàn)及時(shí)回復(fù)并對(duì)所提意見(jiàn)做出書面解答; ● 為提高本公司產(chǎn)品在市場(chǎng)知名度及本著對(duì)經(jīng)銷商負(fù)責(zé)的原則,公司會(huì)加大產(chǎn)品的宣傳力度; ● 本公司會(huì)根據(jù)市場(chǎng)情況不斷開(kāi)發(fā)新產(chǎn)品,調(diào)整產(chǎn)品價(jià)格,以便滿足經(jīng)銷商的需求; ● 對(duì)經(jīng)銷商提出的改進(jìn)意見(jiàn),及時(shí)回復(fù)并酌情采納;
