產(chǎn)品描述：
取泵腔高壓水經(jīng)過中空軸噴射沖洗池底積淤的方式的不足，而設(shè)計的新一代產(chǎn)品。
產(chǎn)品特點:
1、 泵的過流部件采用專業(yè)水力軟件PCAD精心設(shè)計，參數(shù)準(zhǔn)確、性能穩(wěn)定。葉輪采用獨特的雙流道設(shè)計，抗堵塞、防纏繞能力強。（可根據(jù)工況要求，采用渦流型葉輪，并有刀刃，可將污水中的長纖維、草、布條及固體顆粒等撕裂排出）。
2、 電機采用F級絕緣（耐熱溫度130℃）內(nèi)裝過熱、過載保護器。溫度超過145℃時發(fā)出信號，保護器對泵實施停機保護。（根據(jù)客戶要求，電機繞組也可采用耐水繞組，若電機腔內(nèi)進水，泵也可正常工作一個月左右，以應(yīng)急之需。）
3、 泵體與葉輪之間裝有可更換的耐磨圈，調(diào)節(jié)密封間隙，減少容積損失。
4、 油室內(nèi)裝有油，既能潤滑機械密封，也能將軸承的熱量帶走，延長了密封與軸承的使用壽命。
5、 油室內(nèi)裝有高精度油水探頭，當(dāng)水泵第一機械密封失效，水滲入油室時發(fā)出信號，以示警告。同時控制系統(tǒng)嚴(yán)密監(jiān)視其滲漏狀況。
6、 電機腔下裝有漏水檢測器，當(dāng)水泵第二機械密封失效或因其它原因造成進水后，發(fā)出信號，并對泵實施保護。
7、 選用進口軸承，上部球軸承承受徑向力，下部雙列向推力球軸承用來承受徑向力與軸向力確保泵的平穩(wěn)運行。
8、 整體結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，體積小，配備自動耦合裝置，安裝、維修方便簡潔，無需建泵房，潛入水中即可工作，減少工程造價。
9、 配用自動保護控制柜，對泵的滲漏、過載及超溫等進行保護，提高了產(chǎn)品的可靠性。浮球開關(guān)自動控制泵的啟動與停止，使用極為方便。
產(chǎn)品用途:
本系列泵廣泛運用于市政工程、樓宇建筑、工業(yè)排污、環(huán)保污水處理、廠礦企業(yè)污水處理等場合，用來排送帶固體顆粒及各種長纖維的廢水、雨水及城市污水。
工作條件:
1、 介質(zhì)溫度不超過60℃，重量1.0～1.3kg/dm3，PH值5～9范圍內(nèi)使用。
2、 無自循環(huán)冷卻系統(tǒng)的泵，電機部分露出液面不超過1/3。
3、 在運行過程中，水泵電流不得超過電機的額定電流。一般情況下，水泵須在使用揚程范圍內(nèi)使用，保證電機不過載。如需在全揚程范圍內(nèi)使用，應(yīng)在訂貨時另行注明。
