維護保養(yǎng)：
本設(shè)備應(yīng)定期進行維護、保養(yǎng)，并做好記錄。維護時必須先關(guān)掉電源。
應(yīng)定期檢查電機及控制柜的絕緣情況。
本設(shè)備與池內(nèi)水體接觸，因此必須可靠接地，以防人身和設(shè)備事故的發(fā)生。
本設(shè)備的易損件是軸承、機械密封件和油封，發(fā)現(xiàn)磨損時應(yīng)及時更換。
電機油室內(nèi)的油量保持在油室容積的90％左右，當油量不足時應(yīng)及時添加；定期檢查油狀況，如果乳化或有水滲入時應(yīng)及時更換。
本設(shè)備連續(xù)運行時間為8000～10000小時。當設(shè)備使用到一年時間時應(yīng)作全面檢修：應(yīng)更換軸承內(nèi)的潤滑油脂和油室內(nèi)的潤滑油，以延長軸承和機械密封的使用壽命（注：本機出廠時軸承內(nèi)潤滑油脂為進口耐高溫油脂，油室內(nèi)的潤滑油為32號機械油）；對電機作驅(qū)潮處理；重新裝配后應(yīng)對潛水電機的電機腔和油室分別作0.15MＰa的氣密性試驗歷時3min而無滲漏現(xiàn)象，同時還需作絕緣檢查，結(jié)果需符合要求。
設(shè)備長期不用時應(yīng)從水中提出，清洗后妥善保管，防止電機受潮。
葉輪
螺旋槳包括兩個玻璃纖維化聚氨脂葉片，葉片具有“柔性”并能夠吸收發(fā)生改變的水力負載。葉片形狀為一個無堵塞，后掠式設(shè)計。
電機
攪拌機電機為一個鼠籠式感應(yīng)電機，殼式設(shè)計，裝運在一充氣、水密的腔室內(nèi)的。定子繞組和定子線絕緣以抗潮，絕緣等級在180℃時為H級。定子在H級清漆中浸三次并加壓嵌入定子室中。電機設(shè)計成可連續(xù)處理40℃的攪拌介質(zhì)，并能夠在間隔均勻的情況下每小時至少起動16次。熱敏開關(guān)設(shè)定在125℃時打開，70℃時關(guān)閉，并嵌在定子線圈中對每相繞組的溫度進行監(jiān)控。這些熱敏開關(guān)與外部的電機過載保護配合使用并作為后者的補充，并與電控柜相連。綜合服務(wù)因素（即電壓、頻率和特定重力的綜合效果）達到1.2。電機允許的電壓波動為正或負10%。電機設(shè)計在40℃的環(huán)境下工作，并且電機升溫不超過85℃。根據(jù)需要，可以提供電機性能圖表，上面顯示扭矩、電流、功率因素、輸入/輸出功率和效率的曲線。這個圖表還可包括啟動和零負載特性的數(shù)據(jù)。電機和電纜能夠連續(xù)在水下面而不會損失其符合IP68級保護（40米）的水密性。有合適的額定功率保證攪拌機在整個性能曲線中不會發(fā)生過載。動力電纜包括兩根1.5mm2的導線，用于監(jiān)視熱敏開關(guān)及保護傳感器。電機軸在兩個*潤滑的軸承上旋轉(zhuǎn),軸承都具有B-10級，壽命100，000小時，電機能被周圍攪拌介質(zhì)充分冷卻，不依賴冷卻套或外部冷卻系統(tǒng)。
